Waiters & Waitresses - 15 Temporary fulltime positions (4/1/18 11/1/18). The NASWA Resort, 1086 Weirs Blvd, Laconia, NH 03246; Ph: 603-366-4341; Contact: Stephanie Crowley. Job Location: Laconia, NH. Seat guest, take food & beverage orders from guests; explain menu items & answer questions regarding menu; check identification to ensure guest meets age requirement to consume alcohol beverages; order & serve menu items; receive payments; complete all orders & transactions using POS System; & clear & reset tables. Check w/guest to ensure guest satisfaction & take action to correct any problem. Must be 18 years of age. All staff must work weekends. Min. of 35hrs per wk; Open 7-days including weekends & holidays (Days Off Vary); Shifts: 7am-2pm; 10am-7pm; 4pm-11pm. OT as needed only. On the Job Training: Yes. Offered wage is $12.29 per hr & OT at $18.44 per hr. This is a tipped position & therefore workers will receive a base wage of $7.17 per hr w/the employer taking a tip credit of $5.12 per hr. Hrly salary for the position will be no less than $12.29 per hr (combined cash wage & tips). No employees will make less than offered wage.
