Extension State Specialist
Program and Evaluation

Provide statewide leadership, support and technical assistance for Cooperative Extension‘s program development and evaluation efforts, including designing and implementing evaluations for a variety of programmatic contexts. Ph.D. in Program Evaluation, Evaluation Studies, Evaluation Measurement & Research or related field, & 2yrs of relevant exp or Master‘s degree in above areas of study & 5 yrs of relevant experience may be accepted. Exp must include: Conducting and managing program evaluations utilizing a variety of research methodologies, such as post-process evaluation surveys, baseline surveys, comparative impact studies, key informant interviews, & other methodologies. Use of complex, computer-based evaluation data analysis tools, to include statistical analysis software such as SPSS or SAS, qualitative analysis software such as NVIVO, and web-based survey delivery and analysis tools like Qualtrics.
