Cobbett‘s Pond - Windham
¶ The Cobbett‘s Pond Improvement Association has contracted SOLitude Lake Management, 590 Lake Street, Shrewsbury, MA 01545, Telephone 508-865-1000, to treat portions of Cobbett‘s Pond in Windham with the USEPA/State registered aquatic herbicide Navigate (2,4-D BEE), EPA Registration Number 228-378-8959 to control exotic variable milfoil weed. Final treatment areas will be determined following pre-treatment surveys by NH DES.
¶ A permit application has been filed with the state requesting approval for this treatment program. The application will likely be performed in mid June or September 2017. If a permit is issued, there will be additional notification of the actual treatment date(s) and specific information on certain activities and water uses that will be temporarily restricted as a condition of the permit. Any questions concerning the proposed treatment should be directed to SOLitude Lake Management at the above address.
¶ Those wishing to comment on the proposed application may contact the New Hampshire Department of Agriculture, Division of Pesticide Control to request a public hearing. Comments must be received in writing within 15 days of receipt of this notice.

¶ By virtue of and in execution of the Power of Sale contained in a certain mortgage given by Thomas A. Herrmann and Rebecca S. Herrmann to Option One Mortgage Corporation, dated October 25, 2005 and recorded with the Hillsborough County Registry of Deeds in Book 7580, Page 1085 of which mortgage Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee for HSI Asset Securitization Corporation Trust 2006-OPT3, Mortgage-Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-OPT3 is the present holder by assignment, for breach of conditions of said mortgage and for the purpose of foreclosing the same, the mortgaged premises located at 5 Joppa Road, Merrimack, New Hampshire will be sold at a Public Auction at 1:00PM on April 12, 2017, being the premises described in the mortgage to which reference is made for a more particular description thereof. ¶ LIENS AND ENCUMBRANCES: The Mortgaged Premises shall be sold subject to any and all easements, unpaid taxes, liens, encumbrances and rights, title and interests of third persons of any and every nature whatsoever which are or may be entitled to precedence over the Mortgage.
