The City of Franklin is seeking to fill a Communications Specialist/Dispatcher position for the Police Department. Communications Specialists are the Franklin Police Department‘s first point of contact; they function as the vital link between our Patrol Officers and the citizens of Franklin. They have numerous and significant responsibilities which include answering E911 and business calls, dispatching Patrol Officers to those in need, keeping Patrol Officers apprised of all pertinent information after initial response, and providing excellent customer service to the citizens of Franklin (and five other towns)-all while ensuring their safety and that of the Patrol Officers. Successful applicants must have a high school diploma, excellent typing and communication skills, pass a thorough background investigation, the ability to safeguard confidential information and the desire to protect life and property while working alongside a team of dedicated professionals. Position requires shift work: evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays. Wage range is $16.09 to $21.11 per hour with competitive benefits package. Pay will be commensurable with experience. API OF NH INC. IS SEEKING a hardworking, enthusiastic individual to work as a Driver/Warehouse Employee for our Manchester, NH Location. In this position you will perform order delivery activities in an efficient, safe manner to meet the commitments made to our customers for accurate and timely order fulfillment. In addition, when you are not on deliveries you will be performing general warehouse duties including picking and staging inventory to fulfill orders, unloading inventory from delivery trucks, and providing prompt counter service to customers. Heavy lifting is required. We use Epicore, Eclipse as our database system and knowledge in this area is plus but not required. A high school degree or equivalent and six months of work experience are required. Must have a valid driver‘s license; clean driving record, and current DOT medical certificate. CDL license is desirable but not required. Honesty, integrity, and a strong desire to succeed are a must.
